Cancellations and Credits

All cancellations by registrants must be received at least 48 business hours before the start of the event for which registration is being cancelled. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to sueswilson.7@gmail.com or by U.S. mail (360 Elder Solutions, LLC at 6810 Smokey Hill Road, Austin, Texas 78736). While refunds will be not be given for cancellations made by participants, credit will be given for either attendance at future education events or consulting services within the 12-month period following the date the cancellation was received.   


However, if an event is cancelled by 360 Elder Solutions, LLC, we will refund registrants the amount they paid via the same method they used to pay or if they rather, we will offer credit for future education or consulting services. 


Substitutions

If you are unable to attend an educational session for which you are pre-registered, you may send a substitute to attend the session in your place. Please forward the name and email address of the individual who will be substituting for you so that we can send them course materials and have a certificate ready for them. 


Fees for checks returned for NSF or denied credit cards. 


We will charge a service fee of up to $30.00 for checks returned for Insufficient Funds and denied accounts.


Privacy & Security Policy 


What Information Do You Gather About Me?

We are the sole owners of the information collected from this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email or other direct contact from you.  If you request a registration brochure, we ask that you to provide us with the information necessary to contact you which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number and email address. We collect your email address so that we can forward to you information you have requested. We may use your email address to inform you about current events or to send you updates regarding information that was previously sent to you. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

Sharing Your Personal Information

360 Elder Solutions, LLC does not sell information about you to unrelated third parties. 360 Elder Solutions does send your contact information to the community that you selected for purposes of satisfying your request for a brochure or a tour.

Changes to This Online Privacy Policy?

360 Elder Solutions, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, 360 Elder Solutions, LLC recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. 360 Elder Solutions, LLC and Session Cookies

The 360 Elder Solutions, LLC web site uses session cookies to enable filling out forms on our website. As such, when any of your private information is given to us, it is encrypted at 256-bit strength. Additionally, 360 Elder Solutions, LLC never sees any confidential information regarding your Venmo or Paypal account. When we process a financial transaction, you are securely transferred to Venmo or Paypal to complete the transaction.
